Welcome to the sordid chronicle of my medical adventures, mishaps and triumphs with a side of assorted helpful links. Although I recently achieved that coveted clean bill of health, The Cancer Dancer will oh-so-gracefully trudge on as a means to share the personal and practical findings I continue to discover. The Hair Tracker: Like the CTA, only slower

7.5.2010

Very wispy on top. "Thickening on the sides." Last eyebrow hairs met their demise on Friday.

7.12.2010

New eyebrows have emerged. Lots more on top!

7.19.2010

Still growing....

7.26.2010

"A bonafide haircut," according to Matt.
No longer Neutropenic = sushi for dinner!

 8.2.2010

So I guess I'm not a blonde...

8.8.10

Despite my highlighting tendencies, the two-tone raccoon look is happening on its own.

8.16.10

In awe of how bald I was six weeks ago. On Saturday I received a compliment on my "great summer haircut."

...So here's a closer look:

Pulling ahead in the hair race!

9.13.10

Busy weekend: These locks saw pomade AND hairspray thanks to one unruly curl behind my ear.

9.20.10

This is not a dramatization. Well, actually it is because Matt insisted I turn the hair dryer off for the picture. But the measure was necessary to stop my significant "bed head" issues.

9.28.10

In case more proof was necessary: Running my fingers through
some serious texture and thickness.

10.5.10

Frizzy, curly waves...signs of normalcy

10.11.10 (yes, belated)

Measured to about 1/2"
Not the fastest hair growing...

11.9.10
With a performance at the end of the week I was really considering a haircut. And then I saw this photo:

I cannot possibly part with those curls below my ear.

12.6.10

Wondering who needs a haircut more...and yes I realize I'm the one with the mullet.
